1989 – A group of parents concerned about good residential housing for their son/daughter with intellectual development disabilities began the process of creating Rainbow Homes
1999 – First quad-plexes purchased
2005 – Added support of residents who moved into independent off-site apartments
2007 – Third quad-plex purchased
2008 – Community room expansion complete
2010 – First contract as a community living support (CLS) provider with Community Mental Health (CMH)
Current – Support over 30 adults with intellectual developmental disabilities in their quest for semi-independent living
